You might not always have the words for how you are feeling, only that things feel overwhelming and difficult to manage.
You may find yourself coping in ways that feel hard to talk about, including self-harm or urges to hurt yourself. These patterns can feel confusing, or they may feel shameful, but you are not alone.
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of what is going on beneath the surface. Together, we can gently explore your thoughts and feelings at your pace, helping you to understand your experiences and find supportive ways to cope.

I offer a free 20 minute no obligation phone consultation where we can discuss what you would like to explore in your sessions, what goals you would like to work towards and to make sure that I am the right counsellor for you.

I offer individual counselling sessions priced at £55 per session.
Sessions will take place online or over the telephone, if you prefer.
